The Saskatoon Club offers a variety of private meeting and event spaces designed for business meetings, social gatherings, and special occasions.

Members may reserve available rooms on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge. To book a room, please contact the Front Office. For catering services, private events, or event planning assistance, contact our Events Team at [email protected].

The Club offers dining service throughout the day:

In addition to daily dining, The Saskatoon Club offers customized catering and banquet services for meetings, receptions, celebrations, and private events.

The Club is closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Extended hours may be available for private events and special functions.

No. Charges are automatically posted to your member account. If desired, a copy of your bill can be provided by your server or the Front Desk.

Yes. Members enjoy access to an extensive network of reciprocal clubs across Canada and around the world.

Many reciprocal clubs require advance notice before your visit. Our team would be pleased to provide letters of introduction and assist with arrangements.

Many of our meeting spaces are equipped with modern presentation technology, including large-screen displays, wireless connectivity, and video conferencing capabilities.

Additional audio-visual services can be arranged through the Club for specialized event requirements.

Yes. Spousal privileges are available upon application and provide access to many of the same Club amenities and benefits enjoyed by members, including reciprocal club privileges.

Additional fitness memberships are available for members' spouses and partners.

Business casual attire is welcomed throughout the Club.

For the comfort and enjoyment of all members and guests, athletic wear, shorts, flip-flops, work boots, and casual t-shirts are not permitted. Hats and outerwear should be checked upon arrival.

Absolutely. Our culinary team is pleased to accommodate dietary preferences, allergies, and restrictions whenever possible. Advance notice is appreciated for more specialized requests.

Parking is available in the city lot located behind the Club, on-street parking along 21st Street, and in nearby commercial parking lots.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during breakfast and lunch hours when demand is highest. Early reservations provide the greatest selection of available spaces.

Yes. Members are welcome to host guests for dining, meetings, events, and social occasions.

Guests are asked to observe Club policies, including the dress code. The hosting member is responsible for their guests while visiting the Club.

Yes. The Club is fully accessible, including elevator access and wheelchair-accessible washrooms throughout the building.

Yes. Members have access to a well-equipped fitness facility featuring cardio and strength-training equipment, a squash court, steam room, and change rooms.

Fitness memberships are available for $60 per month and include 24/7 access. Locker rentals are available separately.

Fitness lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be arranged through the Front Office.

Yes. Children are welcome throughout the Club when accompanied by an adult. We ask that all guests, regardless of age, observe Club policies and dress standards.

For safety reasons, guests must be at least 16 years of age to use the fitness facility unless otherwise approved by the Club.

Yes. The Saskatoon Club welcomes inquiries for weddings, corporate functions, celebrations, and private events. Our Events Team would be pleased to discuss availability, event spaces, catering options, and booking details.
